To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and safety requirements.

To endeavor, at all times, to maximize customer satisfaction, with the quality services provided by Mandel Enginerring.

Mandel Engineering’s top management ensures that the Quality Policy statement meets the following requirements:

• Ensure that adequate resources & training are provided for all personnel to meet product-related & other QMS objectives;
• Consistently supply conforming products that meet or exceed customer requirements;
• Annually review the suitability of this Quality Policy and establish measurable quality objectives at relevant functions to enhance the improvement of the organization’s performance.
